Refund Policy
Registration can be transferred from one conference to another conference if the person is unable to attend one of conference and inform us 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. cancellation charges apply as follows:

Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund

Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund

Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
All cancellations/ Refund policy must be made in writing to info@genvioconferences.com
Registration Information
Registration information will be sent to registered Speaker/Delegate by email. Any of them not receiving the registration information should contact us by email to info@genvioconferences.com
Cancellation/ Postponement of Event
If Genvio Group postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another conference which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.
Natural Disasters or Unpredictable Activity
We are closely monitoring the corona virus outbreak and if the conference gets postponed in this view or by any reason beyond organizer control, the refund policy will not apply but the registration remains valid for event with new dates or for future editions. We are committed to do our part to help protect our participants and we cannot accept any refunds as the company will face significant loss in the event of postponement.
Photography
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers by email to info@genvioconferences.com prior to the event.
Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Genvio conferences will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of including the inability to obtain a visa.

Language
All abstracts must be written exclusively in English (including the title, abstract text, author names and affiliations).
When Should I arrive
We recommend you to arrive at least an hour before your speech. This will allow you to go through your slides with our coordinator.
Incase of delay on the day of presentation
If you are delay for the conference on day 1, you can contact conference manager to schedule your talk on next day. If there is a change in the program the conference manager will intimate you as soon as possible. Last minute changes will be communicated as soon as they are known and you will be informed immediately about the changes that affect your talk time.
